STEP 2 DESCRIPTION AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

What is the Description and Acknowledgement?

The Description and Acknowledgement outlines some of the requirements for certification as a Drug Recognition Expert.

The Description and Acknowledgement also provides important information as it relates to the logistics of the course (travel etc.)

The certification process is complex, and unlike any other Law Enforcement Certification you will pursue. Because of that, it is important that students and agency administrators have a solid understanding of the certification process, which is what the Description and Acknowledgement aims to provide.

Please review, sign (both applicant and department head) and send form to cfiles@nmdre.org to complete your application.
